Pan fried Gilthead Bream with a consomme of bream, tomato and tarragon, served with steamed

seasonal vegetables and crispy new potatoes
An open lasagne of, chestnut and Japanese wild mushrooms with spinach, a tarragon cream, pine nuts ,

home made pasta and truffle oil (V)
Roast guinea fowl with a red pepper farce and sweet potato dauphinoise, served with pan fried

sprouting broccoli and a thyme cream

Light two-chocolate mousse served with a shot of plum sherry
Vanilla tart with forced rhubarb compote and caramel crisp
Peanut butter and chocolate bread and butter pudding with fresh pouring cream
